Description: On August 6, 2008, Plaintiffs filed a Motion for contempt and/or For a Modification of the Injunction. The parties have reached a partial settlement on the motion as described below, and request a scheduling order to present legal arguments on the remaining issue that the parties were unable to resolve, namely that Defendants require inmates to prepay transportation and security cost as a condition of accessing abortion care.
